Hospers, Iowa — Two vehicles were damaged in an accident near Hospers on Thursday, April 6th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that just before 12:45 pm on Thursday, 79-year-old Marvin Hoffmann of Hospers was driving a 1988 Cadillac Brougham northbound on Highway 60, one mile north of Hospers. Twenty-eight-year-old Ahston Gardner was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado northbound on Highway 60, behind Hoffmann. According to the report, Gardner struck the rear of Hoffman on the roadway
The Cadillac received $5,000 damage; the Chevrolet received $2,000 damage.
No injuries were reported.
