Hull, Iowa — A Hull man was arrested by the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office Friday night.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that just after 9:00 pm on Friday, 29-year-old Steven Dieck of Hull took a vehicle belonging to someone else without the owner’s permission.
The report states deputies later located Dieck, discovered drug paraphernalia in his possession and determined that his driving privileges were barred.
Dieck was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was cited with charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, operating a motor vehicle with a barred driver’s license, failing to file SR-22 insurance (insurance that is required for high risk drivers) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
