Seven Arrested, Charged With Everly Burglary

Everly, Iowa — Five adults and two juveniles have been charged with a burglary that happened earlier this month at the former Clay Central-Everly School in Everly.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests Monday. Three 19-year-olds from Spencer, Riley Neumann, Autumn Swancutt and Izayah Hooven, have been arrested and face burglary, theft and criminal mischief charges.

20-year-oldKala Biggar and 21-year-old Castle Biggar, both from Sioux City, have been charged with trespassing. Investigators say a 16-year-old girl from Melvin and a 17-year-old boy from Spencer were also involved and they face burglary, theft and criminal mischief charges in connection with the incident.
