Sioux County Authorities Seek Information On Hull Hit & Run Crash

Hull, Iowa — Sioux County law enforcement authorities are seeking information from the public in relation to a hit and run collision that happened shortly before 8:15 Monday morning (September 27th) at the intersection of 310th and Division Streets in Hull.

Authorities say a 2014 Toyota Camry, driven by 15-year-old Kendra Slaughter, of Rock Valley, was eastbound on 310th Street and had stopped at the stop sign at the Division Street intersection. Deputies say a silver pickup pulling a gooseneck-type trailer loaded with farm equipment turned west onto 310th Street, striking Slaughter’s vehicle, then continuing westbound on 310th Street without stopping.

No injuries were reported, according to authorities. Deputies estimate damage to Slaughter’s Toyota at $2,500.

If you have any information about this collision, you’re asked to contact the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
