Spencer Man Dies In Iowa Falls Area Accident

Iowa Falls, Iowa — A Spencer man has died and an Elkader teen was airlifted to a hospital after an accident near Iowa Falls on Friday, September 24, 2021.

The Iowa State Patrol reports that about 10:30 a.m., 61-year-old Bryan Harken of Spencer was driving a 2016 Ford Explorer eastbound on Highway 20 near mile marker 169, which is about four miles south of Iowa Falls, or about 15 and a half miles east of the I-35 junction.
