Sutherland, Iowa — Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is holding their Fourth Annual Camp Autumn Ice Fishing Tournament and Fundraiser on Saturday, February 11th at Camp Autumn lake from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
They’ll accept free-will donations, but there are no fees to participate. Any funds raised will go to a scholarship program for children to attend Camp Autumn. The Seasons Center wants to invite everyone to come out and enjoy a day of ice fishing. Registration is not required, but it is encouraged so there can be enough supplies for everyone.
There will be a kids’ fishing clinic and an ice fishing tournament for all levels of experience. Ice shacks, poles, and gear are available but are limited so it is first come, first serve. Everyone is welcome, and encouraged, to bring their gear if they have it. The first 60 kids, who are under 15 years old, will receive a free ice fishing rod and reel combo from the Iowa Great Lakes Fishing Club and a free bobber from Bobber Down. There will also be lots of prizes for the tournament.
There will also be complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, with chili and spaghetti for lunch. Live bait will also be provided for all.
The Fourth Annual Camp Autumn Ice Fishing Tournament and Fundraiser will be at Camp Autumn near Sutherland on Saturday, February 11th.
