Northwest Iowa — The Northwest Iowa League of Cities is comprised of the cities and towns in twenty-seven northwest Iowa counties and each year they award four scholarships to high school seniors from the region.
Sheldon City Manager Sam Kooiker says the scholarships are simple to apply for.
Kooiker says there area four of the highly-competitive scholarships available.
