Sibley, Iowa — After a long time of being without a permanent full-time County Engineer, Osceola County now officially has one again.
We talked to Osceola County Auditor Rochelle Van Tilburg, and she tells us that the search has finally come to an end.
It would have been two years in June that the county was without someone in the position, says Van Tilburg.
She says the Osceola County Board of Supervisors extended the offer of employment to Keith Brann on March 29th, but they were not at liberty to say anything until the employment contract was signed recently.
