Orange City, Iowa — Artists from the four-state region and beyond are invited to apply to exhibit and sell their work at ArtBurst on Saturday, May 21, in Orange City, Iowa.
Anita Cirulis is the coordinator of the show. She says it’s scheduled during the Orange City Tulip Festival—which annually attracts tens of thousands of visitors to the Dutch community in northwest Iowa.
ArtBurst is a juried exhibition of fine art. She says applications will be accepted from anyone who produces original work.
She says not only are the artists that are chosen allowed to exhibit their work, but they are allowed to sell it as well.
The application deadline is March 1. To apply, visit octulipfestival.com, call 712-707-4510, or email artburst@octulipfestival.com. She says if you’re chosen to exhibit, there is a $10 judge fee and a $50 booth fee.
