Sheldon, Iowa — A benefit is scheduled for this Friday evening at the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center for a Sheldon woman who is dealing with mounting medical bills.
Allyson Davis worked as a surgical nurse until late last year when her serious medical problems surfaced, according to Jill Van Meeteren, who is one of the organizers of Friday’s benefit.
Van Meeteren says Allyson’s Friday night benefit event will feature a meal.
But she says the fundraiser will include more than a meal.
Allyson Davis is the mother of Dalton and Parker Thomas, and the wife of Mike Davis.
The benefit to help raise money for her medical expenses will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 this Friday evening at the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center in Sheldon.
