Celebration Days “Unity Service” To Be On Sunday Morning

Sheldon, Iowa — One of the opportunties during this weekend’s Celebration Days in Sheldon is a community church service.

Pastor Ken Snyder from the Sheldon Ministerial Association tells us about Sunday morning’s service.

Called the “Unity Service,” it has a specific purpose, according to Snyder.

Pastor Snyder says there will be assistance getting to the stage area if you need it.

He says there are also portable bathroom facilities. Those who come are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on.

KIWA will also broadcast the service on Facebook Live and on the air on 105.3 FM. There’s a place to listen from your car and also a shelter if you need it. Pastor Snyder will be the speaker that morning. Again, it starts at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, September 4th at the Harvest Stage on the Risefest grounds, just northwest of Fareway.
