Sheldon, Iowa — This Friday, May 5th, is the Annual Sheldon City-Wide Clean-Up Day for 2017.
The SCDC Marketing Committee spearheads this project each year, and Heidi Brown of the Marketing Committee tells KIWA this year’s volunteer response has been the biggest ever.
She says a group of middle school students have volunteered some time to help with Friday’s project.
Brown talks about some of the projects that could still use more volunteer help.
She urges folks to pitch in and help Sheldon put her best foot forward during the upcoming summer activities that draw people to town.
