Sheldon, Iowa — Despite the recession and post-COVID supply chain issues, a number of development projects are underway in Sheldon.
We talked to Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth, who tells us about some of the projects being completed.
Strouth says there will also be an addition to the Sheldon Rec Trails.
He tells us more retail space is also being constructed.
We’ll hear more from Strouth about other projects going on this summer in Sheldon in future newscasts. He says with the recent news about Sheldon’s 6.25 percent population growth over the last ten years from the latest census, those in Sheldon want to continue to put their best foot forward.
