Spencer, Iowa — The Clay County Fair is now less than two weeks away, and there’s more and more activity at the grounds as vendors arrive to start setting up. To help keep that process orderly and safe, Jason Brockshus, Fair General Manager, is asking curiosity seekers to stay off the grounds until the gates open to the public on September 6th.
Brockshus says they appreciate everyone’s cooperation when it comes to that.
