Sheldon, Iowa — One of the Democrats seeking his party’s nomination for Governor of Iowa was in Sheldon Friday morning, making his case to area voters as to why he should be their candidate.
Former businessman Fred Hubbell met with the public at Cook’s Cafe Friday morning. Later he talked to KIWA, and told us a little about his background.
We asked Hubbell why he’s running for Governor.

There are currently approximately seven Democrats vying for the right to face Republican incumbent Kim Reynolds in this fall’s general election
Hubbell was in northwest Iowa Friday as part of his “Putting People First Tour.”
