A disturbance moving across the area this morning is weakening. With a lack of low level moisture, any precipitation that falls in South Dakota or southwest Minnesota will be very light, likely only trace amounts if you receive sprinkles at all. Then it will be dry this afternoon with decreasing clouds, and highs about 70 to 75 degrees. It will be sunny on Wednesday with highs in the 70s. The next real chance for showers and storms will be Thursday, especially Thursday evening.
