Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation, in partnership with the Sheldon Marketing Committee is now offering a special promotion for those of us who shop Sheldon during the next several weeks.
The Shop Small, Shop Smart, Shop Sheldon promotion is designed to help Sheldon businesses and their customers. Sheldon Chamber Director Shantel Oostra tells us how it works.
Oostra says this promotion doesn’t put a $100 cap on the total of your receipts.
She says during this promotion, receipt totals will be rounded down to the nearest $100.
Oostra says the receipts eligible are from any Sheldon retailer or restaurant, not just SCDC members, but there are a couple of restrictions. Receipts from grocery stores of gas station/convenience stores can not be redeemed.
All you have to do is spend money at Sheldon retailers and restaurants, by the way, gift cards are qualifying purchases. Then save your receipt, and bring it to the SCDC to receive your Sheldon Dollars. You will need to call the SCDC Office to set an appointment for your visit. You can reach them at 712-324-2813.
This promotion is good for receipts dated March 19th through April 30th.
