Sheldon, Iowa — It’s been said that one man’s junk is another man’s treasure. If you’d like to enjoy a trip to discover your next treasure, Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon has something for you.
Jan Snyder is Vice President of Institutional Advancement & External Services for NCC, and she says the college is offering something different in September.
Snyder says the “Junk Bonanza” is a big show, with something for everyone.
She says the September 24th trip is not just for NCC students, but is open to everyone.
People taking the trip have two different locations at which they can get on the bus. The first is at 6:00 am on the 24th at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, and the second at 6:45 am at Shopko in Worthington. Snyder talks about the trip’s itinerary.

Cost of the September 24th trip is $99 per person, and the deadline for signing up to make the trip is this Friday, September 2nd.
