Primghar, Iowa — A Primghar business has purchased a former business property in that town with the help of the O’Brien County Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund.
According to O’Brien County Economic Development Director Kiana Johnson, H & K Lawn Care has added the former car wash building, located on Highway 59 in Primghar, to their family of properties. She says the owners of H & K Lawn Care, Hunter and Kelsey Fiddelke, hope to continue to grow and this new space will aid in that growth.
Johnson says, “O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation is happy to be part of this property acquisition. The Fiddelkes are an excellent example of the entrepreneurial spirit that is essential to economic health and growth in O’Brien County. We will be excited to see how H & K Lawn Care will utilize this new space.”
