Hartley Police Seek Your Assistance To Solve Business Burglary

Hartley, Iowa — The Hartley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a business burglary that happened at Crazy Bob’s BBQ.

Authorities say that incident happened sometime between 10:00 am on March 23rd and 1:00 pm March 24th. Police say the suspect or suspects are believed to have entered the restaurant by forcing their way through a rear door on the business. Electronic items including a NSMusic Juke Box were taken, along with alcoholic beverages. The digital juke box was reportedly later recovered a mile east of Hartley on White Avenue, about a half mile south of Highway 18.

The O’Brien County Crime Dusters program is offering a cash reward of $500 to anyone who provides information on this crime that leads to the arrest and conviction of the offenders.
