Hope Haven Receives $3000 Grant For Sensory Engagement Items

Rock Valley, Iowa — A Rock Valley-based organization that helps people with disabilities has received a grant to help people at their Storm Lake location.

Hope Haven Ministries has announced that they have received a $3,050 grant from Variety – the Children’s Charity to fund sensory engagement items for children at Faith, Hope & Charity, a division of Hope Haven in Storm Lake.

Officials with Variety – the Children’s Charity tell us they are dedicated to improving the lives of children who are at-risk, underprivileged, critically ill or living with special needs.

Hope Haven officials say they offer services and support to meet a broad range of needs for children, adults, and families – from physical, mental, and intellectual to residential, vocational, and spiritual.
