Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand Making Local Stops As Part Of 99-County Tour

Northwest Iowa — Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand will be making a number of stops in the region in early July as part of his 99-county tour of Iowa.

Sand will be holding town hall events locally July 1st and near our area on July 2nd. Stops planned for July 1st include one at 8:30 a.m. at Rock Rapids’ West Side Park and one at 10:15 at Central Park in Sioux Center. At noon he’ll be at Le Mars’ Foster Park and at 1:45 he’ll be at Cherokee’s Gillette Park. At 3:45 that afternoon he’ll be at the Sheldon City Park. From there he’ll travel to Central Park in Sibley. He’s scheduled to be there at 5:15 p.m.

Sand’s itinerary on July 2nd includes a stop at Memorial Park in Spirit Lake at 8:00 a.m. Sand will make a stop at Sunset Park in Spencer that afternoon at 1:30 p.m.
