Sioux Center, Iowa — The Highway 75 project continues in Sioux Center.
Sioux Center City officials tell us most of Highway 75 from just south of 13th Street South (near SC Dental) to 20th Street South (near Pizza Hut) is now open to two lanes of traffic each way.
They tell us that no truck traffic is allowed yet through this area. Trucks are asked to continue to use the truck routes until further notice.
For other vehicle traffic, those headed northbound will merge down to one lane just before the 13th Street South intersection.
Officials ask motorists to please continue to use caution in this area, as some final pavement marking work is ongoing. Also, there may be crews doing additional work this fall and this coming spring. Sioux Center officials thank motorists for their patience.
