Northwest Iowa — A new traffic law that takes effect July 1st is the topic of the latest Windshield Time video presentation by the Iowa State Patrol.
Beginning Sunday, the state’s “Move Over Law” will be expanded. Iowa State Patrol Trooper Vince Kurtz says Iowa has had a “Move Over Law” in effect for more than 15-years.
He says the law has been expanded over the years to include more than just law enforcement, fire and EMS vehicles.
