Local Cancer Organization Gives Money To Places That Help Cancer Patients

Sheldon, Iowa — The new O’Brien County cancer organization has given out their first set of donations.

We talked with Jo Holles from Conquering Cancer 4 O’Brien County, and she tells us about it.

She says some of the money stayed very local.

She tells us about their fundraisers over the last year.

Holles says they just completed their first fundraiser for their next year with the help of local pastors and KIWA.

She tells us that anyone is welcome to join their Conquering Cancer 4 O’Brien County organization, and they are looking for new members. You can contact Jo Holles or Cindy Runger for more information.
