Heavy rain will once again be possible on Monday, and it may again bring a risk of severe storms. Heavy rainfall over Northwest Iowa, Southern Minnesota and Nebraska will make conditions much more favorable for flash flooding later Monday afternoon and Evening. The greatest risk for rain will fall from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
Many roads may be flooded or partially flooded due to heavy rains. NEVER go around a barricade and if a road is flooded an no barricade is present, turn around.
