NCC Offering Youth Summer Manufacturing Internships

Sheldon, Iowa — Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon is seeking applicants for a Summer Manufacturing Internship program for students from 14 to 21 years of age, who are interested in manufacturing.

NCC Director of Student Development, Secondary Programs & Transitions, Sarah Breems-Diekevers tells us more.

She says these are paid internships, with each participating student earning $10 per hour, and 3 college credits.

Breems-Diekevers says there are 35 internship slots available.

She tells us how to apply for one of these Youth Summer Manufacturing Internships.

Breems-Diekevers says if you have an interest in the possibility of pursuing a career in manufacturing, the internship program is for you.
