Des Moines, Iowa — A group of students from Northwest Iowa Community College was in Des Moines recently to talk to legislators.
NCC’s Advisor and Recruiter for Online Enrollment, Ben Chestnut, tells us about it.
Chestnut says that it wasn’t a class or a club, but the trip was open to all NCC students who wanted to make the trip.
He says the trip was for a summit.
He says he thinks it was beneficial for all involved.
