Sheldon, Iowa — Sheldon has a new Executive Director of the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation — or SCDC.
We had a chance to talk to Tania Herrera Gonzales who started in the position on Monday. She tells us about her background.
She tells us a little bit about the program that she was working for before she came to Sheldon.
Herrera Gonzales tells us a little about her family.
She says she is bilingual in English and Spanish, having grown up with both languages. We asked her what she hopes to accomplish at the SCDC.

Current interim SCDC director Mark Brown tells us he has just a short time left, but he will help in any way he can.
