Sheldon, Iowa — A new salon in Sheldon celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Friday, September 11th.
The new salon, called “Vamp,” is located across from Ben Franklin, behind the Dental Office in downtown Sheldon, and is owned by Jenni Vander Sluis.
At the ribbon cutting, City Manager Scott Wynia spoke on behalf of the city of Sheldon.
Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth spoke on behalf of the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation.
Skip Tanner spoke on behalf of the Sheldon Ambassadors.
Jenni Vander Sluis says she’s happy about the new venture.
The new Vamp salon is at 907 3rd Avenue in Sheldon.
