Orange City, Iowa — The 2019 Orange City Tulip Court is being selected today.
Orange City Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Mike Hoffman spoke to us from Stadcentrum, where the voting is taking place. He tells us this year there is a new option when you come in to vote.
He says eligible voters are people with an Orange City address and students at MOC/Floyd Valley, Unity Christian, and Orange City Christian Schools in the seventh through the twelveth grades.
Hoffman tells us this year’s candidates for the tulip court.
The names of the girls selected for the Tulip Court will be released on Thursday morning, September 20th.
The 2019 Orange City Tulip Queen will be selected in a pageant on Monday, November 12th at the Unity Christian Knight Center.
