Noll Named District Associate Judge Presiding Mainly In Sioux County

Des Moines, Iowa — Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds has announced her appointment of Jessica Noll as a district associate judge in Judicial Election District 3B. And it looks like Sioux County Attorney Thomas Kunstle will remain the County Attorney.

Jessica Noll, of Akron, currently serves as a magistrate in Woodbury County and practices law with Deck Law, P.L.C. in Sioux City. Noll received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of South Dakota.

We are told that the new position is one in which Noll will mainly preside in Sioux County.

Court officials say the other attorneys who applied for the position were Sioux County Attorney Thomas G. Kunstle of Orange City and Rosanne L. Plante of Hinton.

While Noll’s main duty will be Sioux County, Judicial Sub-District 3B consists of Crawford, Ida, Monona, Plymouth, Sioux, and Woodbury Counties.
