Orange City, Iowa — A Sioux County college has set a new spring enrollment record.
Northwestern College’s new spring enrollment of 1,525 students is up from 1,482 last spring.
The 2022 enrollment figures also include a slight increase in online and graduate student enrollment. This spring 483 students are enrolled in Northwestern’s online Master of Education programs, degree-completion programs in early childhood and nursing, and graduate endorsements and certificates—up from 473 last fall.
A 92.2% retention rate for freshmen also contributed to this spring’s record enrollment at Northwestern.
