Primary Is In Less Than A Week

O’Brien County, Iowa — The Iowa Primary Election is now less than a week away.

Party officials are reminding people to be an informed voter. For instance, O’Brien County Republican Secretary Nancy McDowell has sent out a reminder that at obriencounty.iowa.gov, you can scroll down towards the bottom to find information regarding the upcoming O’Brien County Primaries on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

She says you can find information on voting hours, voting locations (including a change in Sanborn’s voting location), a list of candidates, and how to pre-register to vote, as well as other related topics.

As far as voters in the City of Sanborn and Franklin Township, Yesterday’s Memories Museum at 106 Eastern Street in Sanborn, has been established as the new polling location for all voters. This replaces the Sanborn Community Building.
