Progress continues on new Osceola County Jail

Sibley, Iowa – Construction continues on the new Osceola County Jail. Sheriff Kevin Wollmuth says the recent warm weather allowed crews to make some good progress.

Wollmuth says there’s another factor behind the rapid progress.

Wollmuth says the project remains pretty much on schedule.

The facility that houses the existing Osceola County Jail was built in 1907.
