Rock Valley, Iowa — Unlike many festivals that were scrapped for the year due to COVID-19, Rock Valley’s annual festival will go on — and it starts this Thursday.
Adam Rosman with the Rock Valley Chamber tells us about it.
He gives us a few highlights.
Rosman says social distancing and other COVID safety measures will be in place, and they ask you to do your part as well to limit the spread.
He says they’re looking forward to giving folks a chance to come out and celebrate community.
