Sheldon, Iowa — The ribbon was cut for the new owners of Blossom & Bride in downtown Sheldon, Shannon and Brian Klein.
Numerous Sheldon business people and other dignitaries were on hand for the event, with Sheldon Mayor Greg Geels addressing the crowd.
Speaking on behalf of the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation was Development Director Curt Strouth.
The Chair of the Sheldon Ambassadors, Skip Tanner, presented the Kleins with a plaque commemorating the occasion.
Shannon Klein, who along with her husband Brian, recently purchased Blossom and Bride from Carolyn Marshall tells us about some of the things you’ll find in the store.
She says that, of course, Blossom and Bride continues to be a full-service florist shop.
Blossom and Bride is located at 314 9th Street in downtown Sheldon, and is open 9:30 to 5:30 Mondays, 9:30 to 5:00 Tuesday through Friday, and 10:00 to noon on Saturday.
