Sheldon, Iowa — RiseFest Weekend has arrived, when thousands of people will descend on Sheldon to be refreshed, renewed and share their Christian faith.
RiseFest is a Christian music festival that takes place in June each year at the RiseFest Grounds in northeastern Sheldon. The gates opened Friday afternoon with something for the entire family. The festival features a Youth Zone, Tween Area, Youth Area, Merchandise Tent, various Food Vendors and more.

Saturday marks Day2 of RiseFest 2023, with various individuals and groups gracing the Harvest Stage, including: Dordt Worship; Eagle Brook Music; Cochren & Company; Ben Fuller; Maggi Thorne; Rise with Rob & Friends Round; Cory Asbury; Rob Roozeboom; and Crowder.
