RiseFest Able To Secure Most Of Announced Artists Despite Date Change

Sheldon, Iowa — As we know, due to the pandemic, RISE Ministries, the organization behind RiseFest, the Christian music festival held each year in Sheldon, normally in June, was forced to move this year’s festival back to September.

RISE Ministries President Rob Roozeboom says despite being forced to change the RiseFest 2020 dates, the vast majority of the artists who had previously been announced will still be able to appear on the festival’s new dates.

He runs down the RiseFest 2020 lineup.

One of the artists Roozeboom says is attending this year, South Dakota native Cade Thompson, also took part in Sheldon’s Virtual Day of Prayer observance earlier this month.

Roozeboom says exciting things are happening right now on the RiseFest grounds.

RIseFest 2020 will be held Labor Day Weekend, Friday September 4th and Saturday September 5th, at the RiseFest grounds in northeast Sheldon.
