Rock Valley, Iowa – A Rock Valley company has been awarded funding from the state to help with an expansion project.
The Iowa Economic Development Authority has awarded $11.6 million in capital investment project tax benefits to Kooima Company of Rock Valley. The company plans to lease an 82,500 square foot facility in Rock Valley and will install automated systems and equipment.
The award is being made through the IEDA’s High Quality Jobs Program.
The project is expected to create 11 jobs at a wage of $25.97 per hour.
