Self-Employed People In A Number Of NW Iowa Counties Now Eligible For FEMA Assistance

Des Moines, Iowa — Self-employed Iowans are now eligible for FEMA assistance, according to the agency. They say their programs can help replace items that would usually be given by a company like a computer, tools for manual labor or musical instruments.

Iowans under disaster declarations in Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto, Plymouth, and Sioux counties locally are eligible.
