Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation and the people of Sheldon are getting ready for Celebration Days, which is just over a month away, over Labor Day Weekend.
Sheldon Chamber Director Trista Kavanagh tells us there will be some new things and some old favorites this year, starting on Friday, August 29th.
She says the mini-rod tractor pulls will be in their traditional location. Many more activities are also planned.
Kavanagh tells us they are still taking registrations to be a part of the Celebration Days Parade, on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st.
She says they’re also still looking for some volunteers if you can fit it into your schedule.
Again, that’s Sheldon Celebration Days, coming up in about a month, on Labor Day Weekend — August 29th through September 1st, 2025.
