On the consent agenda, which is normally approved all in one motion, the council is set to approve a couple of liquor licenses, approve the fiscal year 22-23 annual finance report, apporve a pay estimate for the Sheldon Crossing Traffic Light project and one for the Crossroads Trail project, set the date and time for a public hearing on proposed text amendment to the zoning code, (November 15th is suggested), and approve a SCAT applicant.

In new business, the council will consider the airport and park LED lighting upgrades, and lighting upgrades for the second and third floor of City Hall and the emergency services building. ROI Energy has an agreement with MidAmerican Energy to provide LED lighting
upgrades to reduce energy consumption and to access rebates.

They are scheduled to hear the end-of-the-season update from Recreation Director Trevor Cast, as well as the Clerk’s and City Manager’s reports.
