Sheldon, Iowa — One of the normal rites of spring at Sheldon High School is Awards Day, the day when an assembly is held, and award and scholarship winners are recognized.
Awards Day this year had to be handled a little differently, due to the early termination of the school year due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. But school officials found another way to recognize Sheldon High School’s students. They have put together a Virtual Awards Day ceremony, which was released Thursday morning.
