Sheldon, Iowa — Bubbles and the Sheldon Area Ministerial Association is once again sponsoring a Coats for Kids drive in Sheldon this year, to help local kids keep warm this winter.
According to the Sheldon Ministerial Association, children’s coats, in good condition, can be dropped off at Bubbles in Sheldon beginning Monday, October 19th and continuing through Saturday, November 7th. Bubbles will clean the coats and do minor repairs. They ask that you not overload them with adult’s coats or items in poor condition.
On Saturday, November 14th, distribution of the coats will take place from 9am to 11am at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church, 601 Union Avenue, in Sheldon. The Ministerial Association says masks WILL be required for the giveaway event.
The Bubbles and Sheldon Area Ministerial Association Coats for Kids drive for 2020, is your opportunity to help a local child who is in desperate need of a warm coat for this winter.
