In old business, the council is scheduled to hold the third reading and possible approval of the ordinance implementing a stormwater fee. There will be a public comment period.

In new business, the council will review a proposal for the City Park master plan.

Police Chief Eric Meinecke will give an update. The council will also discuss an emergency planning session.
