Sheldon FFA Going To Indianapolis For National Convention

Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon FFA will be packing up and leaving for Indianapolis, Indiana on Tuesday, October 25th.

Twelve FFA students and their advisor, Jacob Fox, will be attending the National Convention, which takes place Wednesday, October 26th through Saturday, October 29th.

On the way to Indiana, they will be stopping at a few ag-related businesses to take tours.

Sixty thousand FFA members from all over the US attend the National Convention. Fox tells KIWA what these students will be doing at the convention.

While these members are in Indianapolis, they will be participating in a giant career fair. Fox tells us more.

Also, these FFA members will be cleaning up a park of garbage and debris in Indianapolis. This will be part of Service Days, which is held to make the community a better place.
