Sheldon Golden Egg Found

Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Chamber’s Golden Egg has been found.

According to Sheldon Chamber Director Ashley Nordahl, Sheldon 5th Grader Jacob Oldenkamp found the Golden Easter Egg on Wednesday Evening, April 5th. She tells us the egg was located on the ground tucked into the chain link fence at the Rec Ballfields between East Elementary and the High School.

The egg is worth $450 in a combination of Sheldon Dollars and gift certificates to some chamber businesses.

KIWA and the Sheldon Chamber say congratulations to Jacob.
