Sheldon, Iowa — Recently the Sheldon City Council signed onto an agreement with Iowa State University to do a Housing Needs Assessment for the Sheldon Community. A committee was appointed and now the project is moving on to its second phase.
Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth says the survey is needed to help assess the wants and needs of Sheldon residents as it applies to the planning for the city’s housing needs moving forward.
Strouth says the second phase of the project is a community housing survey.
He says the survey is completely anonymous.
Strouth says the survey is completed online, and is quite easy to fill out.
He says by filling out the survey you’ll play an important part in the planning for housing needs in Sheldon going forward.
