Sheldon, Iowa — Twenty-two organizations will be receiving funds from the Sheldon United Fund in the coming weeks — and the goal has been reached.
The Sheldon United Fund ended their 2024 campaign above the $30,000 goal. There was some concern last week, but United Fund officials tell us that year-end donations pushed the total up to $30,118. Donors could pick one organization or any number of organizations to donate to when they made their pledge.
Sheldon United Fund Board members say they would like to give a big “thank you” to all businesses and individuals in Sheldon and the surrounding communities for their continued support. They say it is greatly appreciated.
